They said they were coming out the fist time and they never showed up. I was annoyed because there was someone there waiting on them. We called them back a couple of weeks later. They showed up and did the job. It was close to the location of the condo. That is why I chose them. You only have one time to make a first impression. This was not a good impression. They were listed as being a good company. They were very punctual the second time. They did what was necessary and it's been fine. They did the job in a timely manner.

I had a valuable roller shade that needed the mechanism repaired. I took it to them and 20 minutes later walked out with a perfectly functioning shade.

I THINK THEY ARE GREAT. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, TIMELY, & HELPFUL. THEY ARE ALSO BUSY. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT BECAUSE THE SHADES LAST.
