Personnel were very friendly but wanted to add costs for anything extra (ex, putting in a drain). The plumber they subcontracted said I needed a new gas line (debatable) and then offered to put in a new sewer line for "only" $5000 additional. Overall, I lost trust in MB and felt they simply wanted to make as much as possible on the job. I don't mind paying a fair price for a service--but I don't like being taken advantage of.
