This went worse than I could possibly imagine. I left a $10K deposit in August, 2007 and as of today (March, 2009) the cabinets still are not completed. I have 6 doors that slam shut, despite my paying for a "soft close" feature, four cabinets that have a gap so wide around the doors that I can stick my thumb in, a range that sticks out two inches (when it should be flush) and a built-in Thermador fridge that I can see behind because he had NO IDEA how this needed to be installed, and couldn't be bothered to find out before building the cabinets. He threatened to put a conrtactor's lien on my house when I refused to pay him the last 8% for his unfinished work. I am currently looking for a new cabinet maker who knows what he is doing, and a lawyer to reclaim my money for this TERRIBLE job. Buyer Beware with these guys!!!!
