I had areas with peeling paint and weathered areas that needed repainting throughout my house. I called Mauricio Garcia because he has done a few jobs for me in the past. He came out on Sunday morning and resurfaced and repainted all the areas I needed done. As ususal he did an excellent job at a very fair price. Mauricio is extremely professional. I will use him again in the future.

I got three estimates and he was the only contractor to tell me that we needed permits for both the garage door and work on the porch which he got for us. He was very professional and punctual. He cleaned up every day he was here. It was clear to me that he was very detailed-oriented and took pride in doing a good job. There were a few glitches which he remedied. Mauricio had someone else supply and install the new garage door and they broke a piece of the frame. Mauricio replaced it. We had had a problem with an outdoor gate sticking and, after he replaced it, the new gate stuck but Mauricio came back several days later and fixed it.

The price was moderate. I would use them again.

We contracted Mauricio for a custom-built dog house and planter box for our balcony. We described our basic size and design ideas and Mauricio took care of the rest. Within a week, he sent us detailed descriptions of his designs and several material and pricing options. He knew all of the right questions to ask to ensure that the products he built were exactly what we were looking for. The end products are amazing; great quality, beautiful and functional designs, all at a very fair price. Our dog LOVES her dog house; it keeps her cool in the summer and toasty and dry in the winter. It is a more attractive dog house than anything we've seen off the shelf at pet stores, and we know that it will last for years. We will definitely call Mauricio again for any carpentry needs.

Mauricio Garcia came highly recommended from a friend and he did not disappoint. I hired Mauricio to tear out the carpet and put in hardwood flooring and moulding throughout my home. He did a fantastic job, the floors look beautiful! Mauricio also built a wonderful storage unit in my garage, in addition to doing some interior painting and putting up art work on my walls. Mauricio's workmanship is top notch! His prices are extremely reasonable and he worked around my schedule. I highly recommend Mauricio for any work you need done.
