Matilde and her crew were responsive (unlike others), gave me a fair quote, and completed the job quickly. I had 5 trees completely removed and they left everything spotless. The only thing I'd recommend is answering the phone with some sort of greeting that lets you know you've called a business. I think they use their own cell phones so sometimes when you call they just say "hello?" like if they're a random person and may lead people to think it's the wrong number.
