Everything turned out very well. We spoke with other contractors from the List, but they weren't able to do what Joseph did. He built a very high roof on the patio, which extends over the roofline of our house. It is really amazing looking! Joseph is very creative in his designs and construction. He didn't provide the usual patio roof, rather, he provided something spectacular. Everyone that works for this company is exceptional and very knowledgeable. We have also used them in the past to repair and repaint the exterior of our 1924 bungalow.

It's impossible to over-state what a phenomenal job this company did. What faced them was daunting---extensive sun damage on 2 sides of the house, termite damage, and rot of redwood siding. They did not stint in the amount of time they spent preparing - and actually performed many more tasks than they had contracted to do, without charge. Their team of workmen were totally courteous and neat as pins - fully cleaning up after each day's work. They were all a pleasure to work with. My husband and I can truthfully say that we have never seen anything like it. Neither had several neighbors. On the last day, a man who owns an apartment building across the street came over to speak with Joseph Chang, the contractor, and hired him on the spot to re-paint his apt. building. He said "I've been watching all of this; I've never seen anything like it."

Master Painting gave us the best price on painting the exterior of 8 town homes for our HOA. This included painting trim, stucco and steel railings and ladders. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area when they were done. In addition they replaced around 25 pieces of termite infested trim for us. I would highly recommend Joseph and his team.
