There aren’t enough words that could truly express just how much we appreciate and value Mary. My husband I were recently first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect out of this process. Everything was brand new territory for us, but Mary was so incredibly helpful and patient with us from day 1. She stuck with us over the course of about a year and a half until we landed in the most beautiful home. Leading up to this, she toured every single home with us and always made us feel like we were priority (even though I’m sure she was juggling a million other things at the same time!). Once we found the home we new we wanted to make ours, she pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the best possible offer. It was such a seamless process and we closed in just over 20 days. We’ve been in our home for almost a month now and our gratitude for her just continues to grow. Mary is the best of the best, and I would without a doubt recommend her to every single person I know. Mary Dignan Hill is the best real estate agent I've ever encountered and after buying and selling 5 homes in 2 states and having been in the real estate profession myself, I believe I can make that statement in an informed way. She is professional and personable, diligent and determined yet patient and respectful towards all the parties involved in a transaction. She is always on top of things; actually she's many steps ahead of what's going on and is intent on working to accomplish what needs to be done for her clients sake, again in a very professional, respectful way, when needs be. My husband and I purchased a home here in L.A. in part while we were still 2200 miles away, with Mary's assistance and guidance in what was, at times, a very challenging transaction.
