Martin Fenlon Architecture

On time and on budget. Martin did a good job of making sure the addition fit in with the rest of the house. Also helpful is the fact that he does his own engineering work. He is easy to work with and had a good rapport with the general contractor. I studied engineering at the same school where Martin studied architecture and my father is an architect as well. I spent a few summers working in the firm and closely followed Martin's drawings for this project and can say work performed was top notch.

Martin was very easy to work with. Since this was the biggest home project we have ever tackled, we had a million questions and
concerns. Martin walked us through the process and patiently answered our questions. He also became a great collaborator in the aesthetic choices, coming up with a solution that helped integrate the look of the renovated garage into the rest of the backyard in a way that had never occurred to us. He was generous with his time while being protective of our budget. We were very happy with his work and are thrilled with the completed renovation.

He was excellent. He was first rate all the way down the line. He kept his work and gave me a reasonable price. He did beautiful work. I asked for changes and he did 5 changes without batting an eye. He came in on budget and he came in on time. I was very, very happy with him.

My experience working with Martin couldn't have gone smoother! He was always very calm, patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. I felt no pressure and he allowed me to proceed at my own pace. I always felt he had my best interests in mind and always listened and incorporated my ideas into the plans as well as offering his own creative solutions. I found him to be honest, professional and easy to talk to. Martin exceeded my expectations and took the fear out of hiring an architect!

It went very well. He listened to what we proposed. He listened to our suggestions and offered his own to make the plan more usable, such as proper spacing and flow. He had a good knowledge about the building code and was willing to make little changes that we came up with.
