Mark's Home Repair - Unlicensed Contractor

On September 11th, 2025, Mark started the job by forcefullunhinginged the old door, then scraped a space for the hinges of the new door. He measured the new door before he then fixed the new door with the hinges. This is when he discovered the door would not fit, and it got stuck. After this, he suggested he would come back to cut the door to fit and work. He was so pleasant, amicable, and amiable. When he was leaving, he demanded that I pay him, and I did due to the fact that he had engendered my trust by his good behavior. He told me he was coming back the next day, Friday, 12th September. Later in the evening, when he didn't show up, I called him and he said he was too busy that day, apologized, and promised to come the next day at 8am to finish the work. When I didn't see him prompt, I called him, but he did not answer. I left him a message . About an hour later, when he did not answer , I called him again and left a message since he again didn't answer. Another hour later, I sent him a message to come or respond, and that didn't happen. Since the beginning of this week, September 11th, 2025, I have called him more than twice but got no response, and that was when I started to complain to you guys.

Met him through somebody i know, he did great on my Floors for a reasonable price. Jirah.

The company was perfect. They executed duties professionally at a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any jobs such as painting, light plumbing, electrical , installations and general handy man works. Their prices are very reasonable and I contact them all the time for any repairs. Below is a before and after painting and plumbing work they?ve done for me.

I needed my doors to be replaced! They also needed to be painted. It was like 10 doors Total Mark was able to replace all 10 doors in one days we were very much satisfied.! Mark also has great customer service. Very patient and respectful. Would definitely recommend!
