+ -1 moreTHEY HAD THE RIGHT POINT OF VIEW. IT'S A RENTAL UNIT IN NEED OF MASSIVE REPAIR, AND THEIR ADVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY REALLY KNEW. THEY COULD REALLY DISTINGUISH BETWEEN AN OWNED RESIDENCE AND A RENTAL PROPERTY.
Description of Work: THEY DID A CONDO RENOVATION INCLUDING DEMOLITION, PLUMBING, FLOORING, CARPETING, PAINTING, AND CLEANING.
