Jack did a great job of upgrading my 30 year old security system, adapting it to new sensors and replacing both the "brain" and touchpad at the front door. I was very pleased with his work.

Jack came over for an emergency late on a weekend. He saved us soo much money, time and improved the quality of our life by fixing our alarm. We sold our house and had this alarm not been working the buyers agent would have been a big swear word that would likely be blocked from me posting here... but it begins with an F and ends with er. Anyway, we had 3 days before escrow closed and Jack ensured we were not stuck in an escrow nightmare that possibly would have wound up in court. Yes the buyers agent was real special and had zero people skills. Great news is that Jack fixed it all up real nice. Thank you sooo much! We are so grateful.

i had a zone that started flashing for no apparent reason. I had spoken to several security firms,that suggested I simply replace the pad and use wireless for the problem zone. That didn't seem right to me. Jack at Mar Vista said he would troubleshoot the situation before deciding. It took him an hour and a half, but he found and fixed the wiring glitch and saved me a net $400. He said his back up was to replace, but that it made sense to him to check first. Very nice man. Obviously very experienced. The price was more than reasonable.

"spoke to the client. The yellow trouble light trouble light on dsc is due to no telephone line. Thats it. When he gets a telephone line in it would go away. Within a couple of hours I repaired a non working very complex dsc aystem on a just acquired gigantic house. fixed broken loops,programmed wired and wireless sensors and new system codes. System could be armed and disarmed. this required a great deal of experience and skill."
