 + -1 moreRaul is prompt (often early), polite and very thorough in his work. His prices are very reasonable, and very negotiable. He's not always that great at estimating, so I always end up giving him more that he asks for because he does nice work and I feel guilty. So, if you don't know the customary prices for painting, you probably should get a quote from someone else so you can compare it to Raul and make sure he's charging you enough (seriously).
Description of Work: Raul has done a lot of work for me in the past. This most recent time he painted the back of my house and a guest cottage. He did one one coat of primer and two coats of paint on both the walls and the trim, windows and bars.
