I've worked with other construction professionals before, but Mamal did the best work and was the easiest to work with. Also he offered the most reasonable price for the job.Other bids came in for over $6,000 but his bid was $5,500 and that is exactly how much it cost. He made a fence around my front yard and an artist's studio and storage space. The studio space is beautiful and it has French doors and custom made storage to fit my supplies. He was creative in the solutions he offered for the project. He also made a beautiful shed for my washer/dryer and organized my backyard with custom made storage. He came on time, worked through until he was done with the project and cleaned up after himself everyday. I've had him over a few more times for smaller jobs, and he was as professional for these jobs as he was on my smaller jobs.
