Malibu Wired

Malibu Wired- Wired my whole condo for 3 TVs, ethernet and cable box. Installed 7 made to order Triad speakers in my living room / kitchen ceiling with dual zone receiver and Control4 system. All that within 2 days of work and minimum amount of debris. The Control4 system is awesome and easy to use. The all-in-one remote makes everything so convenient. The workers were very professional and were not pushy. Would definitely recommend

We worked with another company based out of the valley but they were so bad finally looked up Malibu Wired and we were not disappointed. Vladimir is the best. My house came with a Control4 system configured by a different vendor, and I was about to throw all of it in the trash before Malibu Wired came out. They were highly recommended by Control4, and they have made owning a home automation system easy. If you have a project, I would trust nobody but Vladimir at Malibu Wired.

We had our Control4 System installed by Malibu Wired. I found them on Control4 website. Tommy was our main contact person but during the installation process we got to meet Vladimir and the crew too. From start to finish Tommy and Vladimir were very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and pleasure to work with.

Tommy gave us fair prices, started and finished the project at the promised day and even worked extra hours trying to fix some issue with our thermostat which was not related to Control4 (which he was certain of from the very beginning but never the less he spent his time trying to fix the issue for us). With zero attitude or complains. He never tried to sell us anything more than we needed, which was so refreshing (after dealing with so many other contractors who try to sell you anything you need or most certainly do not need). Always took his time to explain how everything works and replied in timely manner to all our emailed/texted questions related the project.

We are very pleased with the work they have done for us. Everything is working great. They nicely organized the closet with all the wires that were not even labeled (our house was pre-wired by other company), cleaned after themselves and did a neat and nice job throughout the house (installing Control4 system on two floors, hanging 4 TVs, installing video cameras, upgrading internet network, installing home theatre and music system).

I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Tommy, Vladimir and the crew!

This company did my original home entertainment installation.  I called them back because my parrot ate my main remote.  When they finally came out, they said that the old remote was no longer available and I was talked into purchasing a very expensive remote ($600)  It took the tech forever to program this new remote and I finally had to go to work.  I was told to call for another appointment.  I called repeatedly for them to come back out.  No calls returned.  I'm now stuck with this very expensive remote.  I called in another company and they didn't know how to continue with the programming of it.  That call cost me $160.  I would never recommend this company to anyone ... EVER.
If I had the money (and the time) I would sue them for the initial call ($600+) and for the $160 I had to pay out to try to figure out what they had done.
Only half of the features work on this remote.  It's ridiculous.
