THEY TOOK WONDERFUL PHOTOGRAPHS. IT'S A SCIENCE BASED ON ALCHEMY. I'M NOT SURE HOW THEY GET THEIR PRICES. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 3 SECONDS OF WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE. THEY DIDN'T GIVE A RANGE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT TEN AND THEY WERE. THEY WENT THROUGH THE APPRAISAL IN A HURRY AND GOT IT DONE. THEY GOT THE APPRAISAL BACK BEFORE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY, AND IT WAS THE MOST COMPLETE I'D SEEN.
