MaidServe House and Office Cleaning Services

I highly recommend maidserve house cleaning!!! I like that the cleaning is very thorough and they are extremely pleasant. They ask you to inspect what has been cleaned and if your satisfied with the cleaning when they are done. I love sitting back while someone does a great cleaning job. Plus there's always someone available to come clean no matter how short of notice you gave. I've been using maidserve for 6 months now and can't imagine using anyone else's service!! I highly recommend their service because they do a wonderful job!!!

I will start with the good... They were responsive to my request. They were quick to schedule my appointment, they were friendly on the phone.  That's about it. | |When they showed up at my house a woman and a man introduced themselves to be with maidserve then proceeded to give me a business card and solicit my business from maidserve.  Very unprofessional.  Also all of the cleaning equipment was dirty wet mops dusty vacuum wet rags obviously used at someone else's house. That's disgusting.  They used such strong chemicals that I had to open every window and door in my house to air it out. It smelled horrible... | |They did not vacuum around cat litter they just left the entire area alone like it didn't exist.  This was supposed to be a first time in they were done in an hour and they were by no means done well. It was the worst cleaning job I have ever had..... I contacted to maidserve and all I got was well occasionally we use subcontractors. And uh we re sorry  let us know what you would like us to do..... Seriously! | |My advice stay clear! Do not hire this firm.
