Maggy Maid

Terrible company with impressively worse customer support. Their maids are insanely inexperienced and can't even perform the most basic of cleaning tasks. They will over charge you for every single service asked for and not even communicate to the maids what the services are that you paid for. It took days to even get on a phone call with them about the booking they decided to cancel without notifying us about. Insanely unporesffisonal overall and would recommend going to almost anyone else, let alone the crazy price gouging they perform.

They were very good at first but it depends on the crew they sent.

We've been working with Maggy Maid for a bit over seven months now, and though we had been satisfied with the cleaners they had been sending us, none of them warranted a review just yet. This five star review goes to Rosa and Christie who have proven to be highly professional and whose cleaning has come second to none. Again, this review is not for the whole service, but for these two ladies specifically.

Our cleaning was so great! Very prompt, helpful, easy. I always call last minute and they are able to accommodate my bookings. I trust them and use them time and time again!

Maggy Maidsent two lovely women to clean our 3 bedroom place and they honestly did a WONDERFUL job! The place is spotless - kitchen, bathrooms are like brand new - and they even made my bed and folded my pajamas. It was super easy to make the appointment and the ladies were friendly and on-time. I would absolutely use them again.

Ask them to send you Rachel and Tony! Seriously -- I've used Maggy Maid many times but these two are by far the best cleaners . They were so kind. They went above and beyond. Other Maggy Maid cleaners wouldn't sweep up the ash from our fireplace but Tony cleaned it with no questions asked. Can't say enough good things about them. Wonderful service.

Brianna did a great job and was able to arrange for a pair of house cleaners to come out the same day to clean up our new house, which sorely needed it. Yami and Jaime (goes by his middle name, Joel) were there ahead of time and completely prepared for the job. They did an outstanding job. When they were done, the bathrooms and our appliances were so clean, they literally were gleaming. The two of them even cleaning our lawn furniture in the process. I also appreciate that Karen called me from their office to advise me the cleaners would require an extra hour over and above what was agreed upon at the start to get the job (well) done.

These folks are great. I've used them several times to clean apartments I own after tenants have vacated, and they do a fantastic job -- at a great price. I highly recommend them.

Maggy Maids is TERRIBE! DO NOT USE THEM. They sent two maids, not trained well. The maids broke a window latch and brushed the bathroom counter so hard the counter caulking came off. DAMAGED PROPERTY! The maids were told no windows, they IGNORED INSTRUCTION. The maids used way too much bleach in the bathroom. And when we reported the issue, the maids asked to leave the job, which we happily allowed. If that wasn’t all bad enough, the company REFUSED TO REFUND our credit card charge in full. They suggested we should have to pay some money for the maid’s hard work. Nevermind the countless phone calls and headaches to try to resolve the issue, nevermind the fact we had to hire a different cleaning crew on another day. Their manager David seemed to feel it was our responsibility to pay for the maid’s gas and time, even though the work was terribly preformed and we incurred damage. I can’t for the life of me understand why a company would focus more on $50 for their freelance employees, instead of just rectifying the situation by refunding our money in full and demonstrating that they have their customer’s backs when things go wrong. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Bad Maids and Bad Customer Service!

Used Maggy Maid without issue 2 or 3 times. Not great, not horrible....Now, everyone in my house smokes weed. However, none of us even touched bud or a piece while Maggy Maid cleaned, not even before. I ran to grab some food and i get a call asking to stop smoking..informed the lady that we hadn't enjoyed any substance, confused what the maids were complaining about. Second call from Maggy, the cleaners are unable to continue because the smell of weed is making them both very, very sick and perhaps its from cannabis smoked the night before.

Worse still, the replacement crew (came early next morning) told me the 6 hour cleaning would need an additional 3 hours. So..in 6 hours a little over half the home is clean and it takes 2 teams of 2 people 2 days for my home to be clean. first three teams of two people did it in 6 flat. How they suck so much?

• We call Maggie Maid whenever our tiny house feels like it needs a proper clean. They are flexible, friendly and efficient. The cleaners are always nice people and work hard and fast. Of course I wish it were a little cheaper but you get a great service.

The owner was very responsive and nice. Scheduling was a disaster. They have people that work for them. The people that did the work were wonderful. And we had standing weekly appointments and somehow their front office kept cancelling them and messing them up, and they wouldn't show up. It was four or five times where the scheduling got messed up. One time the girl started yelling at me. I have to say their front office was awful. We did talk to the owner and he was responsive and he finally just gave us the number of the cleaners so that we could deal with them directly, because it was such a disaster. I don't know if he was hiring people, or what it was, but it was the worst experience as far as their front office. We stuck it out with them for at least six to eight months. The price was fine.

They were quite good at cleaning my 1 bed apt, but I didn't like that since I had gone too long between cleanings that I had to spring for the expensive deep-clean to reactivate my service.

We are very happy repeat customers of Maggie Maid. The first time we used them was for a and quot;move outand quot; cleaning when we left our former apartment. There is something annoying about cleaning a place after you move out! Who wants to do that?? We had two lovely ladies who did a phenomenal job.
We then had a two-person team come and do a touch up cleaning a few weeks after we moved in to our new townhouse. We were quite pleased - the attention to detail was really tremendous and we decided to use them again.
The third time, the cleaning team was very sweet and kind. We requested that they use our HEPA filter vacuum and they agreed to do so. However, after they left, we realized that they had broken our vacuum cleaner. I immediately emailed photos of the broken vacuum to Katie, the office manager and she called me right away. Not only did she apologize profusely but she offered to replace the vacuum. Less than a week later, we received a replacement of the exact same vacuum delivered to our house! Now THAT is what I call customer service! Katie explained to us that the owner of the company was requesting updates during the whole process and he was personally committed to making things right with us. We felt that Maggie Maid did all they could to turn a tough situation around. Of course, we were happy to book them for another cleaning.
This week, Chris and Angela came to clean for two hours and we were extremely pleased! Chris is a great guy who knows a lot about football (even if he is a Dallas fan) and he did a great job on the bathrooms - they are still sparkling! Bless her heart - Angela cleaned my kitchen in a way that I didn't know was possible. I had recently held a dinner party and did a number on the inside of our oven (veggie lasagna that dripped!) It literally looks brand new again!

They brought their own equipment and went to work without any need for supervision.

Rosa and Maria are very organized, well trained and professional.

I used their teams for several years, and was happy with the cleaners. Suddenly, I was told the team was no longer available . When I contacted the team leader she reported they quit because they were not getting the money provided by the householders. This was happening to multiple workers. No reasonable explanation. They were now working for a different agency, and so I switched.

Did excellent job. Brought own supplies except for vacuum cleaner which was fine as I prefer they use mine anyway. 3 people came and completed the job in 3 hours. Place sparkled, smelled clean, looked great. Very professional.

Maggy Maid were the absolute worst ever. I haven't used them for a few months but I was using them regularly last year, at least 10 times. I would always set it up so they can come the time frame between 7am and 7:30 in the morning because I have to leave for work at 7:30. I don't know what happened to them but all of a sudden would not show up and then over the phone "maybe in about 2 hours." They were not consistent, not helpful and not on time. It turns out something got glitch on the computer system and they somehow entered an address in a complete other side of town so they would send the people across town instead of my apartment and call me "can you please answer the door, they were knocking" and when I told them about it they would argue to me about it. They would try to tell me that would charge me and they never gave me any sort of compensation, they didn't seem sorry about it and they have terrible customer service.

They are really great. They cleaned in like two hours. They did a great job. The only problem is they can not do last minute appointments, you need a couple days ahead. It is reasonable, but it would be nicer for me for the last minute. Sometimes they take a little while to get back to you.
