Everyone was really nice, and the cashier named James was very helpful. I will bring all my family there next time we go shopping. They have the best prices ever, in the entire L.A. Area.

I will never shop at Macy's again. They are the worst company we have
ever dealt with. We ordered a sectional sofa in January. We had to wait
until today (March 28) to get delivery. They delivered 2 left hand
pieces instead of a right and a left hand piece. Now, we're being told
that we will have to wait until the end of May to get the right piece.
Their customer service people and their warehouse people are less than
helpful. They are unwilling to try to do anything to get us the right
piece. Everyone we talk to has some excuse for why this can't be fixed
right away. This will be the last thing I buy from Macy's. What happened
to acknowledging an error was made and trying to fix it so that your
customer is happy?I guess all they care about is the $$$ but they won't
get anymore $$$ from us.

I bought my TV from Macy's in 1985. The TV was on sale because they were going out of the electronics department. I really do not like Macy's so I would have to give them negative grades. I go into Macy's about once every 5 years, and it just reminds me why I haven't been there in 5 years. I believe the people in the cosmetic department are independent contractors who are not normal employees. This is good a bad as sometimes I get great advice from them, and other times they just try to oversell things to me.

There was some damage and they made a couple of trips to get it replaced. They were very prompt and got here when they were supposed to.
