They did a very good job. They were very punctual and the guys all showed up on time. They must be like a broker for these guys because I had two guys who specialized on the front of the house and two guys who specialized on the outside. It was a very positive experience. I thought it was a very good plan. It's a Korean based operation and they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up and put everything away. It was good, and there was nothing I disliked. It was beautiful. We got a lot of positive comments. It went from an eyesore to a diamond. We were able to raise the rent about $700 a month, so it was very good. It was well-handled. They had a gentleman that came out to negotiate the whole deal. He was very soft-spoken and easy to deal with. There were right here on time and there were no questions. In fact, I even had to change the date and he rolled with me. In fact, they were on time and I was late to let them into the house. I'm thinking about using them on my own house. They were all bonded and insured. I felt good about that. A lot of these guys will give you quotes who are are unbonded and they just want to do flip turnovers.

Joe was the low bidder out of about eight firms contacted. Quality of the prep and paint was excellent. The only reason I didn't give them a A on responsiveness is that it took them about five weeks to order and replace an exterior door that was part of the process.
