I didn’t find them any better priced and they certainly didn’t have enough samples. They were very limited in what they could show you. So I would not have gone with them. So they didn’t have a very good selection and I didn’t find their prices any better than normal store you would walk into. I went to the store because of the advertisement on the TV. The staff was very helpful but they didn’t have that much to show.

The floors installed perfectly and looked fantastic...for about three months.  Like most people we have rugs on part of the floor area (under table and a couple of mats in the Kitchen area).  We were shocked to see after about three months when we removed the rugs, the floor underneath each rug.mat had completely faded!  Not the flooring around the rugs as you might expect over time (but not three months), but actually under the rugs.  I've had wood floors for thirty years (oak, bamboo, etc..) and never seen anything like this.  I called lumber liquidators and filled out their claim form on the web page. I spoke to a rep and explained that
a. this had only been three months
b. the fading was under the rugs (something I had never seen before)
c. Using rugs on a wood floor was completely normal use and should have have a negative effect.
Lumber liquidators took all the info (I included several pictures of the faded areas) and said they would get back to me. About 10 days later I got a letter from them stating "all wood patinas due to UV exposure", so basically too bad..
The problem is the wood was not exposed to UV, it was the lack of exposure to UV (fading was under the rug, not around it!)
This is a typical form letter response accepting to responsibility for their product.  Welcome to America, where no one is accountable anymore....Please stay away from Lumber Liquidators. They do not support their products and take zero accountability for what is clearly normal use.
