After the repair was unsuccessful, we followed up with them and the home warranty company multiple times, but Ameripro was horrible about getting back to us or returning calls.  At one point they even scheduled someone to come back out, but then the technician never came.  This was frustrating as we had rearranged our schedules to be home for the technician and he never came and no one ever called.  When we called them to find out what was going on, they said the technician had called in sick that morning.  They didn't have the decency to call us and were somewhat rude and completely unapologetic about everything. Eventually another company came out and fixed the problem.  It was discovered at this time that the part that Ameripro had replaced was the wrong part, which is why it didn't fix the problem and also caused our fridge to malfunction.
