Needed plumber to replace diverter in master bath. Dan took a photo and got the part the next day. He called me with an estimate and came the same afternoon. Lords of Plumbing were the only people willing to come out and REPAIR our old floor heater. Everyone else wanted to install a $5000 wall heater. We thank them for not pressuring us. The serviceman was great and very helpful to mom who was there at the time. The heater has had no problems all winter.

I'd used many plumbers over the years and had just had a bad experiences over the years being told a lots of scary plumbing stories by plumbers in order to sell work we did not really need. So one day I did a google search for and quot;honest plumberand quot; and came up with Honest Plumbing - just right around the corner from us. WOW! I had to try them - they had good yelp reviews. Loved them! Super nice, very conscientious, very clean. Basically renewed my faith in people - that not everyone is out to cheat everyone else.

Plumber not onsite to supervise assistants. Plumber turned the water off to the entire building and then left the premises for hours. Plumber did not run copper pipes all the way up the wall. so if upstairs owner wants to re-pipe ,u tile will have to be removed. Plumber was argumentative with other owners. Plumber performed 50% of contracted work and failed to show when bath tub was delivered. Plumber set the toilet too high.. Tile guy had to modify the setting or you would need a step up into the bathroom. Plumber told me several times he would return to correct the work and then did not call back. Finally I was told that he was on a big job and could not spare time, unless I wanted to pay for him to correct his mistakes. Honest - not so much.

"This lady was a nightmare to deal with. Did not pay for over month. The tie ins for the steel pipe where above her unit so there was no way to tie in, she was aware. Never left the property was underneath the building. She was a referral by a friend and hired a non license gc to remodel her bathroom. Look us up on yelp and find the truth. Thanks"
