Emil made the process as painless as I think possible when undertaking a project as overwhelming and personal as remodeling your home. He was always easy to communicate with, via phone or email, made several visits to the house to accommodate my schedule, and always kept me up-to-date throughout the process. He brought up so many details and subtle concerns regarding the design and engineering that I was never in doubt that every aspect of the project would be considered with great care and attention-to-detail. Overall, we were completely happy with the work Emil did for us and would not hesitate to use him in the future or refer him to our most discriminating friend. And in general he's just a nice guy who our 3-year-old looked forward to seeing and chatting with during each visit, which goes a long way in our book.
