The key to our security door snapped and broke in the lock. We checked Angie's List for a referral in our area; of the many listings available, Loftis Locksmith Shop (Wardell Loftis) offered the most detailed information about services provided and licensing and was our choice for the job.
Mr. Loftis arrived promptly at the agreed time and was polite, courteous, and displayed the experience we were looking for. We felt confident that he would be able to solve our problem, which he did within an hour or so and included removing certain parts, replacing damaged parts, and fashioning a duplicate key to replace the broken one. The security door is probably 20-25 years old and now the lock works more smoothly and efficiently than it has in recent times. We are very pleased with Mr. Loftis' work and would not hesitate to use his service again or to recommend.

I called Wardell at 8:45 am and left a message. Within minutes he called back. He informed me that he would be at my place around 10:30 am. He showed up at 10:10 am. He was very pleasant and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED MUCH PROFESSIONALISM. PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING THAT HE DID WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I WOULD CALL HIM BACK IF I NEEDED HIM.
