We lost a set of keys and needed quick re-keying of one home and another.   Efren was prompt in responding to a call and was able to set up appointments quickly.   He was courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and professional.  We felt he could be trusted and were pleased with the methodical way he approached the project.

We were locked out of our house, as well as locked in. Door wouldn't work from either side. |He did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. We thought he would have to totally replace the lock, which was an ornate expensive piece but he took it apart and reassembled it while we watched...found a broken element, went back to his truck and found a perfect fit. |Lock works perfectly now. Great job and friendly service. No senior discounts, but prices are reasonable .

My elderly father lost his keys to his house. We called Lock Jammers, and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. After about 20-25 minutes the tech arrived. He was very professional and friendly. He got the locks opened quickly and then made a new key for each lock. I would definitely use them again.

i called them up at 9:30pm on a friday night, they called right back, and the locksmith was at my neighbor's house in less than 10 minutes. he got the door open in less than a minute and then he patiently waited as she found her purse.
also, she had somehow flipped the switch on her breakers and had no power, he went in her backyard and flipped it back for her. my neighbor is elderly and i cannot express how polite and patient he was with her. it was a great experience and the price was right, for sure!!

Lock Jammers was able to send a locksmith to our house on the same day that I called. However, the locksmith arrived about an hour late. The locksmith was professional when he arrived and told us that to change the locks on our house we would need to go buy a new lock first. I plan to use Lock Jammers to change the locks on our house after we buy the new lock because Lock Jammers has good reviews on Angie's List and Yelp and because Lock Jammers appears to have very competitive prices. The only reason that I gave Lock Jammers a B was because my wife was not thrilled with Lock Jammers. Her two complaints were Lock Jammers' lack of punctuality and the fact that Lock Jammers charged us a $40 service fee notwithstanding the fact that the lock smith did not actually do any of the work that we called him to our house to perform.

They will do exactly what you ask and more. They are caring and helpful. The fees are very reasonable. This is an excellent business.

This was my first time using Lockjammers, he arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. Worked diligently and was finished in a remarkably short time. These are sophisticated Baldwin locks and he had the parts on hand. He was very cheerful and friendly, kind to my son, who loves mechanical things, and explained everything as he went along. I will definitely use these guys again!

I lost my keyes and had no way to get into my car. I called lock jammers and they were there within 10 min. EJ was very professional, respectful, and efficient. I was in my car with a new key within 10min. He was supper fast! I love the fact that he is 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He also does lock outs. I will only use lock jammers for any of my "key" issues.
