Very knowledgable and professional. It's hard to find reputable vendors, but Lipson is the best. They're friendly and do great quality work. Highly recommended and will use them again.

We used this company for years because the employees do excellent work, and are prompt, courteous and clean.  However, the company recently provided poor service when a leak occurred, as leaks often do, on a Friday after business hours while we were away for the weekend.  The company did not respond to repeated requests for assistance over the weekend, and had to be prevailed upon to come Monday despite advertising 24/7 service! 

The crew at Lipson are great. They are responsive, courteous, take care to clean up, and really do quality work. I highly recommend them for plumbing work.

Lipson arrived on time and we gave him the list of things we needed done--about 6 different things. He worked along quickly, repaired and replaced (gaskets, drips). Our son's shower hadn't worked and we'd been told it would require digging into the wall to repair it. Plumber figured out the problem, and then made an excellent suggestion re another shower-head problem in another bathroom. We could not be more pleased.

They told me what the problem was and arrived on time

Came and spoke frankly about how long it would take to install, recommending the best place to put the filtration system, and installed in the amount of time estimated. Nice, clean and on time. Would recommend to friends.

They charged me twice because they had to come 2 days in a row their machine broke the first day so they had to come back so it really wasn't my fault.

Ballcock on lowboy Norris toilet was broken (a long story). Floor plan configuration and limited clearances of lowboy design made replacement and reconnection of supply very difficult. I had struggled for hours in an attempt to do the job myself.I called Bob (the owner) of Lipson Plumbing; he promised to be out in a day or so if I could wait; he called ahead and appeared next day; and he had the whole job done including cleanup in 25 minutes. I could have avoided my now bruised knuckles if I had called Bob in the first place. We have used Lipson Plumbing for 25 years, and they have yet to disappoint.

They took great care cleaning up. The service was prompt and over all great service.

Lipson used to be superb at plumbing work. I have noticed that ever since Jim Lipson retired the plumbing expertise and responsiveness has gotten terrible. They have a team of plumbers who know enough to do the work but who are not professional, not on time (sometimes never show up) and don't have the pride of craftmanship that Jim had. I have been terribly disappointed with the last several jobs they've done and am now searching for a plumber who is a clone of Jim Lipson.

I called Lipson, when another plumbing company would not respond to my request for help. I was called back 3 times to verify my mode of payment, my address and phone and to get me the information for a repiping contractor. I was given a window and then called by a dispatcher to verify that the plumber was on the way. Ramon arrived, snaked the drain, took his payment and said goodbye. He was professional, cleaning my sink after the cleaning and double checking with his superior about all the details of the job. I was very pleased by the performance of Lipson and will call them again.

Very Satisfied. All people with which I came in conact from Lipson were very friendly, courteous and genuinely seemed cared and concerned. They were fast and made arrangements to get soneone over to my location from one who was available in the neighborhood.

I'VE KNOWN THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE A FIRST RATE COMPANY. I DON'T USE ANYONE ELSE. THERE ARE OTHER GOOD PLUMBING COMPANIES IN THE AREA, BUT I DON'T HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE. THE PEOPLE THEY SEND ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THEY TURN UP ON TIME, AND THEY ARE JUST FIRST RATE.
