 + -1 moreHe would not come out unless we paid 3000 dollars first to retain him and to start the work. The office wasn't available and we weren't able to lease it so we asked if he would give us back a portion of that 3000 because he wasn't going to do any work for us, but he refused.
Description of Work: He came out to look at an office that we were thinking about leasing to come up with some ideas and get a sense of what we wanted.
