Steve is WONDERFUL!
I had been cited by the City of Los Angeles for Lead-based paint on one of my units that was built in 1924. Steve literally sent me to school!
He made sure that I understood the ramifications of using a non-EPA certified painter.
He told me what to look for in terms of lead-based paint removal.
He recommended that I have the units tested BEFORE I brought in a painting crew! What a blessing! It turned out that the stucco-clad building DID NOT have lead-based paint but the wood double garage did! This one fact saved me thousands of dollars since I didn't have to use unnecessary (and costly) safety practices with the building.
He even gave me a break on the price because I will have to call him in again AFTER the paint crew paints the unit and disposes of lead-based paint on the garage.
I also interacted with, Rolando, who actually did the on-site inspection. He was on-time for the appointment and very informative. What a great team!
