I had hired Leo once before and he did a good job. However, for my recent job, he received a downpayment for my job and never returned to finish the job. Kept promising me would return to finish but never did and then he did not return my phone calls. He left piles and piles and piles of debris for me to dispose of by myself and his helper trimmed the back hillside very very close and it looks like it is almost dead. I told them to trim around the edges only as I have a drip system and did not want them to step on it which they totally disregarded and did it anyway and now my plants look like they are dying. I trusted Leo but he is not to be trusted. He took my money and just left me high and dry. He cut down half of a tree that he said should be cut down as it would hit my fence but only did it halfway and said he would return but he never did. He left everything half done after he got some money from me. So disappointed in this man who I thought was honest. He is not to be trusted. My husband has had a stroke and being his caregiver I do not need to have any more stress that this has caused me. Now I have to find someone else to finish up his mess. He took out a dead miniature tree and was to replace it with another bush which he never returned to do.

Leo was friendly, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. Look forward to working with him again.

Leo successfully aerated both front and back lawns. He then threw fertilizer, and I deeply soaked lawns. Very personable and punctual, Very hard worker and reasonable price. He even changed out existing sprinkler heads for improved coverage.

Replaced a defective sprinkler valve then arranged for completion of a small painting job required to satisfy an electrical permit. He is a great resource for getting those honey-do type jobs completed.

I would never use him again, I have tried to get him back to fix the problem for one of the valves he replaced. He will not return calls or texts. He is a nice guy and hard worker.

Leo repaired one of my sprinkler valve controller and it appeared to be working fine when he left. However, I noticed that it was still leaking so I called Leo back to fix the same valve controller that he had "repaired". I also asked that he prepare a bid for doing some landscape maintenance and pest control. It has been over a week and still nothing from Leo. No calls to come to fix the valve controller and no bid for the landscaping and pest control. Seems I have been duped!
