They promised to come Monday. Two employees arrived as promised, set up the new printer and removed mine. The new printer was working when they left, but it soon stopped working. I phoned Chris, and we tried some phone tech support. Since it still wouldn't print except immediately after re-booting, he had the men come back that afternoon. They diagnosed the problem as a bad fuser assembly and agreed to come the next day (Tuesday) with a new one AND another printer in case the diagnosis was wrong. They came as promised and put in the new fuser assembly. The printer has worked fine since then. This was a much better solution than when I spent hundreds of dollars repairing my HP LaserJet II in 1994 only to have it die a few months later. My main complaint was that this printer was supposed to be refurbished BEFORE it was delivered. The Co. offers a 1 yr. parts and labor guarantee, which is all you get on a new printer now. I didn't receive a manual, but I can download it from HP.

WE CALLED LASERLIFE TO COME OUT AND REPAIR PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING PRINTING FROM OUR COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND DID A GOOD JOB. ALSO THEY ARE VERY PROMPT.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE BY LASERLIFE. THE EMPLOYEES AT LASERLIFE ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND THEY MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED FOR US.
