He cleans the carpet and made a hole. he was trying to remove a wax mark he said. and he said I did not do it, the hole was there. But it is not true. the carpet was only 3 years old. and I gave him cash and he did not even give me a receipt. the carpet was wet so I could not check until 2days later, so I call him but he said do not call me. I send text and picture of a hole in the carpet but no answer. I asked him for "give my money back".
