I can't say because they are threatening to sue me based on a bad Yelp review, which stated facts. I am posting this so your team knows this company is bullying reviewers with lawsuits if they say anything bad which is why their Yelp reviews are higher than they should be.

Overall, they did okay given that we have had about five previous full-service and cross-country corporate moves.  This was "local" and they usually do the basics.  One thing I wished we would have done and they could have helped with is making sure that all was labelled an d properly targeted to their respective locations in the next home.  After over 7+ months, we are still looking for missing items that are in some mislabeled box in the garage.
