Based on what I read on her website, I made a contact. Her prompt response and helpful questions made choosing her to help an easy decision. The experience of taking a day to look at many houses helped us clarify what we wanted in a house, and her emailing us upcoming open houses brought us to the perfect choice in a relatively short time. She handled the details of the purchase and the extensive paperwork rapidly, and allowed us to move our family into their new home in less than a month from the day we first went looking. Our decision to work with Jenny was the right choice!

We had a great experience with Jenny when we sold our house and decided to use her to buy a house in South Pasadena. The market was crazy hot and it took over 15 bids, but we did get a house in the neighborhood we wanted. Jenny was quick to respond every time we had a question. She was tough in the negotiations and made sure we were thorough in our requests for repairs. We had bids and paperwork to justify our requests and got a credit during escrow. She will be upfront with you and will not waste your time. She has more experience in the Los Angeles market then most of the other realtors I've interviewed. You will not regret having Jenny represent you!

It went very well in the end. We looked at many homes that met my requirements, negotiated some offers and inspected several properties. Despite being outbid or failed inspections, Jenny hung in there and finally found a house that worked for me. The price ,style and size of the house were satisfactory for my purpose.

Jenny was such a calm presence throughout our home buying process, from our initial neighborhood search to financing to looking at houses and finally buying. She wasn't shy about pointing out issues with potential properties, especially as they related to the specific needs of our family. She knows the other realtors and the area inside and out, which made everything easier. And when (after a few offers didn't go our way) we finally found the house she was great at getting us the smartest deal possible. She also has a great network of tradespeople to rely on (since we did buy an older home that needed work).
