the worst experience in my life..seee above. I beleive that this company is connected to organize crime...do not use them

Andrey came out to estimate the job and we are pretty certain he did not properly assess the scope, which actually benefited us! On the day of the move, the crew, which we were assured were with the company for the long haul (pun intended), were obviously NOT professional movers. They were young, inexperienced and actually lacked the kind of problem solving logic that may have made up for their inexperience. Things like using a fulcrum, weight distribution and spacial comprehension were not in the old mental tool box. To make a long day short, our move went fine and there was negligible damage, but we are quite sure that that was due to our preparation and good karma NOT the oversight or skill of LA Movers team. Gabriel, who was simply a mover and not supervising the move, was the MVP of the day! If LA Movers would like to avoid reviews like this one, Andrey should put this guy in charge! Overall, the crew was pleasant enough and certainly worked hard, but their need to be supervised was obvious and we were left to fill the role. If you don't mind keeping a watchful eye and doing some serious prep work, LA Movers probably offers the best price.

MOVER CAME TO MY HOUSE ON TIME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. HE DID MOST OF THE CARRYING OF BOXES BY HIMSELF. HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF ALL OF MY BELONGINGS. I WAS SURPRISED THAT NOTHING GOT BROKEN.

THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT MAKING SURE NOT TO SCRATCH IT AND ALSO RAPPED THE PIANO FOR US SO THAT WE WOULDN'T DAMAGE IT.
