LA Lock & Safe

Worked fine. Nick had Ernesto show up. He called me 40 minutes prior to my requested time and told me he would be there in 40 minutes. Very friendly, very nice, very knowledgable.

Quite some time has passed since my service with LA Lock and Safe, but they were easy to schedule and appointment with, got the work done quickly and efficiently. Only have positive things to say about this company.

They were very professional, and I would recommend them.

They did an excellent job.

We first called them to make an appointment, expecting to wait a few hours or schedule a time for a different date. Instead they came over within 30 minutes and re-keyed our door. We then realized we'd lost a key to the mailbox. A few minutes later that was handled as well. We'd had problems with people digging through our trash cans and making a huge mess on our curb and could not come up with a reasonable way to keep the trash cans locked. We figured at this point we might as well ask if they could help us figure something out. It took a little while to find the right type and size padlock but, they did. So why not throw them another curve ball then? We'd lost the only key to our safe and asked if there was anything to do. They ordered two keys from the company for us on the spot and within a week we had our new keys in hand. Every time we've called they seem readily available and they always show up when they say they will. Only once we set a time for them to deliver our keys and the appointment seems to have been forgotten. When we called the next day to ask about it, they came over immediately and we had our keys within 15 minutes. Great company.

Previously I had only one key to my house, to one deadbolt and no keys to my back door. I called several other locksmiths from this list and found that LA Lock and Safe had the best prices and availability. I was given a pretty accurate estimate over the phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and they even called back to let me know that there was a cancellation the same day if I wanted it. They arrived within the scheduled time, completed the job within 90 minutes and were friendly and helpful with describing the needed work. Working with a limited budget, they threw in some additional work, which came out to be a very nice discount. They had a range of locks (at various prices) which I bought from them, which they had in their van, so I could make that decision at the time of their visit. Good folks, will use them again!

WE HAD HENRY FROM LA LOCK & SAFE COME OUT AND PUT IN A KEY PAD ON OUR FRONT AND REAR DOORS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND DID A GREAT JOB. WE WOULD REFER HIM AND HIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.
