Shoe Repair
They seem nice at first, but they resolve problems by being verbally abusive. The soles came loose after wearing them once. When I returned so they could fix them a month later, the son asked for my receipt. I had paid cash and they don't give me a receipt, only a ticket to pick up your order which they TAKE BACK when you pick up your order. The son kept refusing saying he hadn't seen me in a year. (The last time I was there was to have him glue the shoes). Having been going to this place for 10 years, I thought I would try to reason with him. He started yelling, "We don't need customers like you." His father joined in. Unbelievably rude and ugly. The worst service.
