 + -1 moreI HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, IT WAS REALLY HELPFUL, AND TAUGHT ME A LOT OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO EXERCISE FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS. LA FITNESS HAS A LOT OF LOCATIONS SO IT MADE IT EASY TO GO FROM HOME OR WORK.
Description of Work: I WOULD GO OUT TO WORK OUT 3 TIMES A DAY TO ANY OF THE LA FITNESS CENTERS THAT ARE NEAR BY. A TRAINER WOULD WORK ME OUT.
