Alex came in saying what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. when he's finished and showed me pictures of what he had done and explain to me the before and after. They were friendly and respectful. I plan to use them again.

From the outset, Alex was very professional, provided a free estimate and sound advice. I appreciate the level of professional expertise that Alex exhibited in explaining various phases of this plumbing job, exposing issues/problems right away, such as the section of the 4" clay drain line exiting the building being clogged with roots. The 4" ABS line, and additional ABS material was neatly and professionally installed. All the joints were inspected and tested for leaks. The section of concrete removed to access the 4" drain line was mixed, poured, and neatly refinished. Thanks to the professional expertise of Alex, the job was well planned, and smoothly executed. Bottom line, there was little, if any, inconvenience for lack of use of any toilet, or any sink for any inhabitant or guest at this residence. At the conclusion of this work, Alex provided an invoice that also included photos of various phases of the work, the defective and clogged plumbing 2" and 4" clay and cast-iron lines and fittings replaced, and the final finished plumbing composed of 2" and 4" ABS plumbing parts and fittings installed. I highly recommend the services of LA Drain, Inspections & Repairs, to anyone in need of quality plumbing service, inspection, and repair at reasonable cost.

Truthfully, Alex is best person to know when you have plumbing problems. Not that I wish anyone with plumbing problems.....been there done that T.T From my experience, he got the job done and more and almost felt bad for what he charged for all the hard work he did for me. I hired him several times since for other jobs and he is the winner!

Alex was honest, clean, neat, knowledgeable and professional at every step of the process. When he came to do the estimate, he had me watch the inspection camera with him. He narrowed down the problem area to a 35 foot section, within my property. So, a job that I thought might involve 75-100 feet of new line, trenching, connecting to the city line in the street, and cost $12,000, ended up requiring two small holes and costing less than $5,000. While performing the work, he threw the excavated dirt onto a tarp and covered the dirt with a tarp. He saw cut a small section of my front walk, and then replaced it with new concrete at the end of the job. The grass that he removed was put back in place, like laying sod for a new lawn. When he was done, it was hard to tell that he had been there. Even the city inspector was impressed with his work, compared to others that he had seen.

I thought I had a leaky sewage pipe and had LA Drain come out to give an estimate. Turns out a coupling had come off the bathtub drain, they fixed it right there for me. Would absolutely hire them for any repair work. Very nice guy, explained what happened to my drain.

Alex appears to be very knowledgeable in his work. I like his work ethics. He is prompt & on time. He took picture to show me the problem plus what needs to be done to fix it. Hopefully he has solved our problem.
