Description of Work: Manuel K** is an electrician referred to me from my landscape architect and also the man who cleans and repairs my outside fountains. He is an expert with dealing with those pesky timers and set up an elaborate on/off schedule for several fountains and sprinklers at my house. He is very prompt with returning phone calls and very professional and fair when it comes to hearing if something is wrong with what was done by him or any of his staff. He usually supervises or does the work himself...kind of like "no job is too small way" of conducting his business. I have been uber impressed with the four times he has shown up on time if not 30 minutes earlier and he also does the rare job of cleaning up after himself with wires and gadgets. He even came to the house on a Sunday and did not charge as one of the electrical outlets he installed went defunct so he stands by his work...highly recommended, great with communication and follow up and especially prices. Very skilled and a delight to work with.
