UNTIL I FOUND KNOWLES & MORGAN, OTHER REALTOR'S CHARGED ME A FEE AND WAS HAVING ME DO THE PAPERWORK AND LEGWORK. KNOWLES & MORGAN REALIZED THAT I WAS A FIRST-TIME BUYER AND ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO TEACH ME ABOUT HOME PURCHASES AND WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR IN THE FUTURE IF I CHOOSE TO BUY ANOTHER HOUSE. MR. KNOWLES ALSO WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN SETTING UP THE ESCROW AND OTHER PAPERWORK. KNOWLES & MORGAN OFFERS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SOMETHING THAT IS NOT OFTEN SEEN IN MANY COMPANIES.
