Chris is great to work with. When I first got my new house it took me a few months to get serious about the pool. I had no idea about any of it. Chris came out and spend a few days not only taking my pool from a greenish swamp to a gorgeous pool, but taking the time to explain how everything worked in full detail. This is before I even considered having a pool service. He was very knowledgeable and very generous with his knowledge and his time. Since then it has been always a pleasure to interact with Chris. He has always been prompt and accommodating, and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

We got them off of Angie's List. We liked them so much. We dealt with Chris Pixley. They were terrific. The pool is beautiful. They were extra nice, and Chris is highly recommended.

We're very happy with the work they do and recommend them!  The price is reasonable and I'm satisfied with the quality of the work.

Chris and Heidi are great.  They've been maintaining our spa for some years now.  Most recently, the obsolete 2 speed motor powering our spa died.  Chris located a replacement and installed it only to have some of the ancient/brittle PVC pipe crack and leak.  After replacing as much of the pipe as he could reach, we discovered that the new motor would run at low speed but not high.  In other words no jets, no oomph.  Chris made another trip and fixed that too.  At the end of the day, I don't know how many times Chris came out but I'm pretty sure he didn't make what he should of made on this deal.  So, thanks to their patience, persistence and competence I'll continue to recommend King Neptune to anyone who asks.

They did an amazing job cleaning my pool, and gave a fair quote and information up front.  After buying a house with a pool, I was distracted with other matters for 2 months and the water needed attention.  All has gone perfectly.  Thank you, Heidi and Rubin.

This is my current pool maintenance company. I have been using them for about a year and a half and I am extremely pleased with them. They are punctual, dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable. I can recommend them without reservations.

Contacted Chris (thru Heidi) to come by to see why my Pentair Whisperflo pump had become so (very) noisy. Based on the leak he said that the motor had to be replaced ($300/$400) or rebuilt ($180). Please note that it's a 15 y/o pump.I chose the rebuild option since Chris said that he was fairly confident I could squeeze a few more years out of that pump with a rebuilt motor. He took it on Friday, brought it back the next day, installed it and now it sounds like new... or at least it sounds like its namesake: Whisperflo.
Chris also recommended someone to fix 6 tiles on the pool that have become loose. I'll try him next and report here.

They are not only professional pool cleaners and maintenance people, but they can also anticipate pool equipment repairs that may be needed. We are off to a good start.

Recently moved in to a house with a small pool. He checked everything out and made one repair. We signed up for pool service. Very nice and more reasonable than another who came to give estimate!

I just hired King Neptune Pool Service to clean and maintain our salt water pool.  I spoke with their office manager, Heidi, on the phone and she was wonderful to work with. Heidi scheduled someone to come out the next day, but due to the rain we rescheduled it for the following day. I was very happy with our pool technician -- he was so knowledgeable!  Eric was delightful to work with and really took time to explain how our Pentair salt water system worked.  He also showed me the basics of pool cleaning like showing me the pool soap they use, as well as how they test for pH.  It was a lot of fun watching Eric clean out our gunky pool (winter has not been kind). I'm really happy with King Neptune Pool Service and look forward to seeing them on a regular basis to keep our pool sparkling clean.  Our rate is $100 monthly, billed at the end of the month, for 4 service calls per month.

Contacted Kings Neptune Pool Service and spoke with (very efficient in returning calls) for pool maintenance since our last pool guy was not working out;maintenance was not being done properly as far as equipment checks and emptying the pump basket after each cleaning. Eric was sent to have our pool maintained.  We have been pleased with the service and pump basket have been getting emptied.

Went very well. They came as promised, the job was done right and they were polite and responsive. Excellent work.

I like Chris Pixley who is the owner. He comes out and he actually does the pool service. He is very fair and he will try his best to economically get your work done. He makes the old parts last a little bit longer. He is really a good guy. We pay him on a monthly basis. He is very responsive. We have had some problems in between and he has come out to help us out. I have recommended him to my friends.

We purchased our home in 2001 in part because it had a beautiful pool.  We had never owned a pool before and had several concerns including how to handle all of the upgraded features (e.g. an automated in-ground pool cover, electrolytic converter, automated control system, etc.).  The previous owner had a very inexpensive service ($45 per month), but they were difficult to contact and not able to answer any of our questions. We sought out numerous referrals and eventually found King Neptune through a neighbor.  Chris Pixley, the owner,  came out immediately to give an estimate and overview of their services.  I told him that we needed a Pool 101 'course' and did not want to handle any aspect of the maintenance.  Chris was extremely patient and gave me a thorough overview of our set-up and agreed to take care of all of our needs.   The monthly fee was higher, but we decided to give them a try.  Ten years later we are still with King Neptune - completely satisfied and thankful.  Not only is the service everything that was promised, they are easy to reach, quick to respond, able to take care of any problem and always honest and friendly.  I call that a REAL VALUE!
