"I do apologize that you were not satisfied with your service. We were not informed of this when we asked if there was anything else before leaving. I am confused about how the work was incomplete? We cleaned everything you asked us to clean substantially. Unfortunately, you didn't want anything thrown away that would have helped declutter your home. Also, I don't subject my employees or myself to such unsanitary circumstances but we could see you needed the help. The work we completed was outstanding compared to the previous conditions. I have before and after pictures that I will post for you to see the difference and just what we were dealing with."
