We wanted a local agent with experience and knowledge of the market and that is exactly what we got with Kevin Williams. We listed in late 2007 in a declining market and at a time when homes were sitting on the market unsold for long periods of time. With Kevin we had two written offers on the very first weekend. Much of this was due to us following Kevin's advice and listing the property at an attractive price (not being greedy), which in the end led to us being able to counter back at a higher price and sell for $11K over listing. I would highly recommend Kevin Williams to anyone in the Atwater/Silverlake/Los Feliz area that is looking for a quality agent with experience in the area.
