It's just a one man operation. If he needs extra help, he has people that he can use at will. He has a background in construction. He can do anything from room additions to electrical work and plumbing. I find him to be very dependable. The work he does is very exclusive. I never question his pricing because it's so fair. He just sends me the bill and I pay it. The bill he gives me is itemized in a list so I can see exactly what he did. If I have a problem, all I have to do is call him and he'll solve it. I usually accumulate a laundry list of problems before I call him. He's extremely honest which is very important and the quality of his work is just terrific. One one occassion, I was having problems with my water heater pipes and he was at my house within a half hour. I couldn't ask for anything more.
