 + -1 moreIt's just a one man operation. If he needs extra help, he has people that he can use at will. He has a background in construction. He can do anything from room additions to electrical work and plumbing. I find him to be very dependable. The work he does is very exclusive. I never question his pricing because it's so fair. He just sends me the bill and I pay it. The bill he gives me is itemized in a list so I can see exactly what he did. If I have a problem, all I have to do is call him and he'll solve it. I usually accumulate a laundry list of problems before I call him. He's extremely honest which is very important and the quality of his work is just terrific. One one occassion, I was having problems with my water heater pipes and he was at my house within a half hour. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Description of Work: We've been working with Ken Anthony for the last 15 years and he's done just about everything for us. He's done some painting, window installation, electrical work, plumbing work, and roofing. He's has also installed a few water heaters for us as well.
