Since this is a new model, most of the dealers did not know much about the unit and none of them had it on display. This dealer had all the models on display, was very knowledgeable, explained everything and had the lowest price. The owner "Art" was trained by his father and runs a true old style "Mom and Pop" business with personalized service. He assembled and prepared the generator with gas and oil. Then he demonstrated it and showed me how to operate it. He even installed an optional battery charger for me. They delivered the generator to my home and I must say it was a very pleasant buying experience.
