 + -1 moreThey were very professional and thoroughly went through the unit in great detail looking where roaches may be hiding. Since there was an infestation, they could not get it all the first time. As they warrantied their work for 30 days, they came back and sprayed again two more times. They held up their part of the warranty. Their worker, Mr. Shim, showed up on time each time. The person who came was very professional and patient. I certainly would use them again and recommend their service to others that might need it. I had called others before them but some didn't warranty their work or way more expensive.
Description of Work: They exterminated cockroaches in an apartment building that I own in Los Angeles.
