JUST FLOWERS

I paid a premium for the flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day.  they didn't arrive until the following Wednesday.  I tried to call them repeatedly on Monday and Tuesday and each time got automatically put on hold followed each time by automatically being hung up on.  I finally complained to Discover who contacted them only to be lied to with regard to when they were delivered (They claimed it was Tuesday despite their flacky claim to deliver on time and no later than the next day).  Since the flowers were delivered Discover said they could not not pay for the flowers, but would see about recovering the handling and delivery cost of about $17.  All of a sudden I got a phone call from Just Flowers and the person said he had just found a note on his desk to call me about a concern (he denied it was because Discover had contacted them).  Finally i agreed to accept a $12 refund on the delivery cost.  Finally today the refund came and it was $10.  These guys are totally undependable and lie.

It was a pretty routine thing. The ones I looked up directly did not seem very extensive. The people I talked to were very friendly. I had to make a couple of changes to the order and they were fine with it and said it was no problem.
