Juan Medina Sandblasting

Hard to find sandblasters but these guys cover most of So. Calif. and are very professional.
I needed to modify some concrete steps in front of my home so they would have a rougher, non-slip surface. I looked into grooving the steps or painting with a non-slip surface. I was advised by both the concrete man and the painter that I was better off sandblasting the steps. I found Elite and noticed they would do small jobs. I called and talked to the owner, Gilbert. He said they had a $600 minimum but that seemed about right for my job of about 16 wide steps. I was gone for a week but he came out as soon as I returned and looked at the job and confirmed he could do it for $600. His two workers came out within three days and completed the job. They were careful in prepping and sandblasted a small sample area for us to see before they proceeded with the job. They checked with us before they did their cleanup and we had them do a little more on three steps leading up from the driveway. Afterward they did a thorough cleanup. They were courteous and efficient and definitely knew what they were doing.

Juan and his crew sandblasted 1400 square feet to remove texture coating that was peeling, flaking and cracking. Juan is very professional, punctual and polite. His company does great work. Juan made sure my neighbors were notified and even protected their property.

JUAN AND HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY COVERED THE PLANTS AND CLEANED UP EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. TAPED AND COVERED ALL THE WINDOWS SO THAT NO HARM WAS DONE TO THEM. VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. IT ORIGINALLY TOOK A WHILE TO SET UP A MEETING BECAUSE HE WAS PRETTY BUSY, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE SANDBLASTING CAN GO VERY WRONG AND GET VERY DIRTY IF YOU DON'T USE THE RIGHT PERSON.
