Jose Perez

I called this tree trimmer, and he told me he was very busy.  He came to estimate the job about a  week later, and at that time told me he wouldn't be able to do the job for about 7-10 days.  We set an appointment, but he didn't show up.  Later I called him and left a message, which he still hasn't returned.  There's no point calling him because he probably won't do the work.

I haven't actually seen Jose. I got his phone number ... called him. The grass mysterious got cut. A bill mysteriously appeared in my mailbox. I sent it in.

He does excellent work.

The work was okay.

It went okay but I didn't go with him. His prices were a little bit too high for me. He responded right away and he was professional. Everything was fine except the quote was too high for me. I would get another quote from them.

Our relationship with Jose and his team has been top-rate. Jose has helped us in many aspects of our landscaping project. From A+ recommendations to a professional and competent hardscape and irrigation contractor and a high-quality nursery to the installation and care of all our beautiful new plantings.

Even though our overall project cost has surpassed our initial contract, this was our plan and we feel every dime has been a positive investment in the beauty of our home and the immeasurable pleasure our family has received from this experience. We plan on continuing our relationship with Jose for some time.

I could not give a higher recommendation for Jose and the professionals he has surrounded himself with.

We haven't made any decisions but he was very nice.

Mostly I've explained this above, but...with Jose, it almost always goes well! If for some reason I'm not happy, he will come back and see what can be done so that I am pleased. We have a long history and I have referred several friends who still use him. He is 'from here' and communicates great - sketching for him also helps, and he loves to get creative, especially with wood. One note though: Although he is happy to do jobs, he can get busy. But he is very loyal to his customers who use his weekly services, so just know that if you use him regularly in that way, he treats you like family and will get to you asap. And treating him with the same respect he will always show you is appreciated and never forgotten.
