The work is always care-fully done. Jose follows all my directions, and does the 100% organic gardening that I want. If Jose sees a problem, he comes to me and gives me his ideas for solutions, and then goes and corrects it (i.e., garden hose leaking, too much jade in one area, not enough irrigation when he's not there, etc.) Jose always sings when he works and loves to work with plants. Often times, Jose will bring me flowers he thinks might add to my garden, and asks if he can plant them gratis.
